Mini Lipstick Charm

When I was four I opened a play makeup kit for my birthday. The kit came with a red lipstick tube, and I can still remember how it felt to press to my lips and pretend to apply. Somewhere in my elementary school years, I became ashamed of my original love of all things pretty, frilly, and "girly". Over the past few years I've begun to remember the 4 year old me, and remove the walls of shame and distain I had for her sweet desires. This fun tiny lipstick charm is a reminder of my first experience with makeup and the pure delight it brought to my heart. It's my reminder to love the way I was created, and to embrace beauty with abandon. 

 Hand-formed, hand-painted, sent through two separate high temperature kilns, these charms are able to be attached with a gold or silver jump ring when purchased. This charm is roughly .25" tall.
