Refund policy

CANCELLATIONS:

Your may cancel an order within a 24 hour window of the initial purchase. To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and should be in your account within 14 days of cancellation.

RETURNS:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please email us at forlaurieloveamy@gmail.com in the first instance if you have a problem with your order. If a return is necessary, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS:

Item-in-hand: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Pre-Order: If you decide that you no longer want an item you've preordered, and the item has not been shipped, you are entitled to a full refund. Please email forlaurieloveamy@gmail.com as soon as you know you'd like a refund. If the item has already shipped, please return the item unopened in its original packaging, and refer to the Item-In-Hand paragraph above.

we do not accept returns or process refunds for broken or damaged pieces
