Please note that all of our products are handmade, and most are made after order. Due to this, a lead time of 2-4 weeks may be in effect on orders of handmade pieces.

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, but please understand that our pottery requires time and attention to detail. Each piece is carefully crafted by skilled artisans, ensuring that it meets our high standards.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination address. Customers will receive an email notification with tracking information once their order has shipped.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us a forlaurieloveamy@gmail.com before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that rush orders may be subject to an additional fee.

Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at forlaurieloveamy@gmail.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
